Team Leader - Warehouse, Distribution and Maintenance



Key Outputs
  • Cooling equipment warehousing and distribution

  • Cooler in-trade maintenance

  • Spare part management and controls

  • Managed financials and budgeting

  • Customer service excellence

  • Route planning and scheduling

  • Reports and managed information

  • Managed vehicle fleet

  • Tool management and controls

  • Maintained safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards

  • Achieved quality standards

Qualifications / Experience
  • Matric with a 3-year relevant management qualification in at least one of the following areas:
    • Engineering

    • Logistics

    • Technical Service Management

  • Relevant experience in an FMCG/service environment with 2-3 years of management experience

  • Knowledge of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Code 08 unendorsed drivers licence (essential)

  • Computer literacy (essential)

  • SAP experience (advantageous)
