The Walmart Team Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the annual Walmart business plan across Edgewell's Suncare and Skincare portfolio. This role leads the Walmart Commercial Team and is accountable for delivering best-in-class customer execution while driving profitable growth through strategic partnerships with Walmart.
The Walmart Team Leader provides leadership to Customer Business Managers, Sales Analysts, and cross-functional partners while serving as the primary executive contact for Walmart. This customer-facing leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that deliver sales growth, innovation, market share, profitability, omnichannel expansion, and supply chain excellence. The role partners closely with Sales Strategy, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Category Leadership, Shopper Insights, Digital Commerce, and Business Unit leadership to ensure aligned execution and achievement of company objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
The salary range for this position is $145,000–$200,000. Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive. Edgewell offers competitive employee benefits, including medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
