We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our Consignment / VIP Team at our Crawley warehouse.

This is a full-time position. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with hours from 09:00 to 17:30. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.

About the Role

The Consignment / VIP Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Consignment and VIP services team. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational efficiency, and exceptional client relationship management, focusing on high-value and exclusive inventory. The Team Leader will ensure seamless processing of consigned items and provide an elevated service experience for our VIP clientele.

What you will do

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Copywriters , Photographers and a Logistician.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for team members.

  • Schedule team coverage to ensure all operational demands and client needs are met efficiently.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  • Consignment Operations

    • Oversee the end-to-end consignment process, from initial intake and authentication to pricing, photography, and listing.

    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all consigned inventory.

    • Manage communication with Business Team regarding the items in the flow

    • VIP Client Service

      • Act as the primary point of escalation for KAM inquiries and issues.

      • Develop and implement service standards that exceed the expectations of high-net-worth and VIP clients.

      • Process Improvement and Compliance

        • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve consignment and VIP service workflows.

        • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.

        • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and security protocols related to high-value goods.

        • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, consignment volume, and VIP service metrics to senior management.

Who you are

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a warehouse environment

  • Proven experience managing high-value inventory and managing internal customer .

  • Demonstrated success in process optimization and team development.

  • Skills and Competencies

    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

    • Superior written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on professional correspondence and negotiation.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    • A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
