The position
As Team Leader in API IO M1 Utility & Solvent, you will take ownership of a well-established team of approximately 19 operators working in a two-shift setup. The department plays a critical role in ensuring a stable, reliable, and compliant supply of utilities and solvents to downstream manufacturing.
With strong foundations already in place and a department that continues to evolve, you will play a key role in shaping future ways of working—strengthening operational excellence while developing both people and processes.

About the department
You will join API IO M1—one of our showcase production facilities with around 650 colleagues. Within this, the Utility & Solvent area consists of approximately 100 employees across production and operations support.
This area plays a vital role in enabling stable production by supplying water, ethanol, and solvents—ensuring operational reliability, business continuity, and scalability. You will report to the Director and be part of a leadership team of five Team Leaders, working together to support increased production while continuously raising standards across safety, quality, and efficiency.

Salary and benefits
Salary For this role, the annual base salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to 956,900, depending on your experience and competencies.
Incentives and benefits The package may include short- and/or long-term incentives as well as additional employee benefits, aligned with the position level, location, and market benchmarks.
