Lead our transportation team in delivering consistent service across our logistics operations. As Team Leader, you'll coordinate commercial fleet activities, optimize delivery processes, and ensure exceptional service to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll work closely with the Transportation Manager and Transport Supervisors to implement improvements and achieve strong results. REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in transportation, shipping, or logistics operations management
• Preferred Fields of Study: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing commercial fleet operations and delivery schedules
• Leadership abilities with team management experience
• Advanced organizational and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operations
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to safety and quality standard
• ADR or Dangerous goods awareness or qualification
• Class C and C1 license or above.
