Why You’ll Love This Role
As Team Leader - Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access (CA), you will be responsible for the management and delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and supports within one or more SIL homes and/or Community Access. This role combines direct participant care, administration, staff supervision, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
You’ll support wellbeing of participants, leads and develops the support team, and upholds ITEC Group’s values and standards.
No two days are the same in this values-driven team, and your work will directly contribute to creating safe and supportive environments for our valuable clients.
