The Team Leader – Town Storming is responsible for planning, leading, and executing high-intensity merchant acquisition activities across selected high-density commercial zones.

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of monthly Town Storming plans, maximizing merchant acquisition productivity, driving deployment volumes, and maintaining strong quality and collections performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 12 Town Storming activities per month
• Lead daily field execution in high-density merchant zones
• Drive team performance against acquisition and deployment targets
• Monitor team pipeline through Mastercore
• Ensure aggressive merchant acquisition during storming activities
• Conduct field coaching and performance reviews
• Maintain high documentation quality and approval rates
• Drive collections performance across the team
• Coordinate with Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance teams
• Ensure timely escalation of operational issues
