Team Leader

Is it time for you to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for an experienced consultant or leader to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader.

As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
  • Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
  • Coaching and developing team members.
  • Providing vision and motivation for the team
  • Maintaining an overall positive office environment

The opportunities are endless with a huge amount of enquiry coming through the door and over the phone. Whilst making dreams come true for your customers you will also be developing your team and playing a key part in their Flight Centre journey.
