Som teamleder i sommerkampanjen, vil du spille en nøkkelrolle i Leger Uten Grensers største og viktigste innsamlingskampanje i Norge. Du vil ha hovedansvar for ditt eget team, der målet er å rekruttere flest mulig faste nye givere til organisasjonen. For å rekruttere nye givere vil dere gå fra dør til dør, og jobbe på stand.

Dette er en gyllen mulighet for deg som ønsker ledererfaring. Gjennom 10 spennende uker, vil du sammen med koordinator ha ansvar for ditt team. Du vil jobbe med opplæring, oppfølging, team-building og motivasjon av teamet ditt. Dette er en jobb med fokus på personlig vekst, som bidrar til uvurderlig erfaring for en videre karriere, også i Leger Uten Grenser.

Prosjektperioden for sommerkampanjen er for teamledere 10 uker fra 1. juni til 7. august. I tillegg vil du som teamleader delta i to ukers opplæring i forkant av kampanjestart 12. juni.

Reiseaktiviteten vil være i hele Norge med avreise fra Oslo. Du vil være ute på reise med teamet mandag til torsdag hver uke, og jobber på kontoret hver fredag. I tillegg vil du delta på en lengre tur på 11 dager (06.-16. juli). Leger Uten Grenser vil dekke alle utgifter til reise og overnatting under reiseperioden.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Ansvar for opplæring og oppfølgning av 7-8 teammedlemmer

• Ansvar for å opprettholde teamets motivasjon, punktlighet og resultater

• Delta i planlegging og organisering av teamets reiser

• Delvis ansvar for personaloppfølging av ververe og støtte i administrative oppgaver

• Delta i verveaktiviteter ved å rekruttere nye faste giver

Vi søker deg som:

• Har erfaring som verver eller teamleder

• Er en god lagspiller, leder og motivator

• Evner å formidle informasjon på en pedagogisk måte

• Er empatisk, forståelsesfull og har godt humør

• Er løsningsorientert, fleksibel og resultatorientert

• Snakker norsk eller engelsk nivå B2

• Førerkort er en fordel

Vi kan tilby:

• Midlertidig 80% kontrakt

• Fast lønn etter Leger Uten Grensers lønnspolicy, tilsvarende 257 kr per time (vi betaler ikke provisjon)

• Vanlig arbeidstid: kl 11:00-17:00 eller 15:00-21:00. Fem arbeidsdager i uken: mandag til torsdag ute med teamet, pluss en hel kontordag fredag på vårt kontor i Oslo

As a team leader in the summer campaign, you will have a key role in the biggest and most important fundraising campaign Doctors Without Borders/Leger Uten Grenser has in Norway. You will be responsible for your own team traveling through Norway, where the goal is to recruit as many new regular donors to the organization as possible. You will participate in recruitment of new donors through walking door to door, and by working on stands.

This is a great opportunity if you want experience in leadership. Through 10 exciting weeks you will, together with the campaign coordinators, be responsible for a team. You will be working with training of fundraisers, follow-up and team building to motivate employees. In this job there will be a focus on personal development, with experiences that can further develop your career.

The work period for the team leaders will be 10 weeks from the 1st of June to August 7th. In addition, as a team leader, you will participate in a two-week training prior to campaign start 12th of June.

The campaign takes place all around the country travelling from Oslo, and you will be travelling with your team from Monday to Thursday most weeks, and Fridays will be spent in the office in Oslo There will be one longer 11-day trip (6th of July to the 16th of July). Doctors Without Borders covers all expenses for travel and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Training and follow-up of 7-8 team members

• Motivation and results of the team

• Take part in the planning and organization of travels

• Following up fundraisers and some support in administrative tasks

• Participate in fundraising activities by recruiting new regular donors.

We are looking for candidates that

• Has experience with fundraising or team leading, experience with door to door fundraising is an advantage but not a must

• Is a team player, leader, and motivator

• Can convey information in a pedagogical way

• Is empathic and understanding

• Are flexible, solution- and result oriented

• Speaks Norwegian or English level B2

• Driver’s license is an advantage

We offer

• Temporary 80% contract

• Salary after Doctors Without Borders`s salary policy, equivalent to257kr per hour (no provisions)

• Normal working hours are from 11:00-17:00 or 15:00-21:00. Five workdays per week: Monday to Thursday traveling with the team, plus office day Friday at our office in Oslo
