Main Purposes of the role:
o Ensuring that a manufacturing facility's suppliers, materials, processes, and final products are robust, on-time delivery and meet production quality.
o Execute and support new OEM/ODM products, and new raw material purchase from outside.
o Ensure inspection system develop to fulfil requirement and aligned between supplier and Pandora.
o Develop supplier and in-bound inspection processes.
o Manage improvement project, and strategic initiative
Resonsibilities:
o Material & Supplier Qualification: Lead the qualification process for new materials, gemstones, and ODM/OEM suppliers to ensure readiness for mass production. Monitor progress and provide summary reports for each product launch.
o Supplier Training & Development: Deliver technical and quality management system training to suppliers during the development phase to enhance technical capability and quality performance.
o Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of quality issues identified during development phases.
o Quality Standards & Inspection Methods: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop quality standards, criteria, and inspection methods, and effectively communicate these to suppliers and internal teams.
o Specification & Regulatory Compliance: Train suppliers on product specifications and regulatory requirements, providing technical support as needed.
o Quality Alerts & Coordination: Act as the coordinator for quality alerts between the company and suppliers when issues arise during development.
o Supplier Improvement Programs: Execute supplier improvement and development programs and lead inbound improvement projects with suppliers and internal teams.
o Performance Data Analysis: Utilize quality performance data to support supplier evaluation and selection processes.
o Cross-Functional Quality Projects: Drive quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
