Lead a High-Performing Client Services Team

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our SMA & Superannuation Support team and play a key role in delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will lead a team of 9-10 Support Consultants, driving service excellence across phone, email and chat channels while fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with strong operational capability and knowledge of managed accounts, superannuation or wealth management products.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Coaching

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Support Consultants.
• Conduct regular performance conversations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create an engaged, accountable and collaborative team culture.
• Support capability development and succession planning.
• Service Delivery & Operations
• Manage daily workflow, rostering and service channel coverage.
• Monitor service levels and operational performance.
• Handle escalated client matters and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high standards of client service across all contact channels.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Analyse service metrics and identify performance trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Contribute to projects and product enhancement initiatives.

About You

You are an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and enjoys developing others.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading teams within a client service, contact centre or support environment.
• Strong coaching, performance management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing service levels, workflow and escalations.
• Knowledge of managed accounts, superannuation, pensions or wealth management products.
• Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
