The Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in meat, with a solid understanding of FMCG production.
• Demonstrates a desire to question processes and seek improvements in efficiency.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and management experience, with a track record in people and performance management.
• Experience supporting training and development within teams.
• Skilled in effectively managing diverse teams.
• GCSE / O-level or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Computer literate.
• Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Level 2 standards.
• Awareness of hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills and a pragmatic approach.
