Arc Broward is looking for a full time/year-round Team Leader for our Out-of-School Time (after-school and summer) Program.

As a Team Leader in our Alternative Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program, you will lead a dedicated and talented team of people supporting children and youth with Autism and other disabilities to engage in meaningful, fun activities in a year-round after-school/summer program. You will utilize your leadership and coaching expertise to promote professional growth in your team members. You will provide positive and supportive leadership that promotes and reinforces a culture that values, supports, and appreciates team members and aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of person-centered services and supports for children, ages 3 -22, who have Autism and other Developmental Disabilities and challenging behaviors.
