The Role

Savills are currently expanding the Residential team and are seeking experienced Team Leaders to take ownership of specific communities, driving performance while leading and scaling a high-performing team of Brokers within the Dubai market.

This is a billing leadership role, suited to top-performing Brokers looking to step up, take ownership of a team, and significantly increase their earning potential within a globally recognised brand.

As a Team Leader at Savills, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing your team, while actively contributing to revenue generation and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Brokers to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

  • Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training

  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team

  • Act as a role model by contributing to personal billing and maintaining strong market presence

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent within the team

  • Qualify leads and ensure effective use of the company CRM across the team

  • Oversee transaction processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practices

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the team in closing key deals

  • Identify and implement innovative marketing and business development strategies

  • Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and company standards

  • Represent Savills professionally in the market, including at industry events and exhibitions

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven track record in Dubai real estate, with 3–5+ years experience

  • Previous team leadership or mentoring experience preferred

  • Strong billing history with consistent achievement of sales targets

  • RERA license

  • UAE driver’s license and own car

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing ability

  • Commercially driven with a strategic mindset

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
