Team Leader Sea Freight

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maritime import and export operations, ensuring compliance with processes and effective team coordination.
• Ensure the efficient execution of maritime operations (FCL, LCL, tank containers, and project cargo), guaranteeing high standards of quality and compliance.
• Develop and enhance team performance by strategically assigning workloads, setting clear goals, and providing ongoing feedback.
• Manage key accounts and resolve operational escalations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational continuity.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics, driving continuous improvement plans, cost control, and compliance with regulatory and customs standards.

Your Profile

• Education: Technician and/or Professional in International Trade (if not met, see selection process).
• Training: ISO and BASC, Customer Service, English (based on test results), Cargo Handling, Microsoft Office.
• Experience: At least 2 years in maritime import and export operations.
