Are you an experienced Senior Social Specialist, who is ready to take the next step in your career by stepping into a leadership role? Then this is your opportunity to combine hands-on expertise with people leadership as Team Leader for our paid social team.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

As a Team Leader, Paid Social you will lead a highly skilled and dedicated team of 3 specialists and 1 coordinator, who is working with paid social on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest at our Head Office in Aarhus. You will furthermore be part of a bigger media team, who is responsible for our programmatic activities.

You will contribute to strengthening our global paid social strategy across 29 markets, ensuring seamless collaboration between your team, internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will play a central role ensuring best in class execution across platforms, while creating an environment where people perform, grow, and succeed together.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid social specialists, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and professional development
  • take ownership of the paid social strategy across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest and ensure alignment with our overall business goals
  • drive performance and scalability through continuous optimisation, testing and data-driven decision-making
  • collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and strong integration across channels
  • stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • has a minimum of 5 years of experience within paid social, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns across platforms
  • brings experience with leading or mentoring others, and a strong motivation for developing people and teams
  • combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a deep understanding of paid social platforms
  • is confident working with data and performance insights, turning them into clear actions and results
  • thrives in a collaborative environment and values open communication, feedback, and teamwork
  • naturally takes ownership and drives initiatives proactively in a complex, international setup
  • brings strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging effectively to engage various stakeholders
