The role:
Lady Gowrie is seeking a passionate Education and Care Practitioner to join and undertake OSHC Team Leader duties to lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators for our Outside School Hours Care Service.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality services while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. Whether you’re an experienced leader or ready to take the next step in your career, support and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
