About the role

The Team Leader for Onecom Partners India will provide day-to-day leadership and people management for the India-based team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, attendance, and operational effectiveness. Acting as the single reporting line for all India employees, the role is responsible for driving consistent people management, development, and alignment with UK operational requirements, while partnering

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage all Onecom Partners India employees, fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and development conversations.
• Manage attendance, absence, holidays, office conduct, and employee wellbeing in line with company policies.
• Coordinate performance feedback from UK leaders and SMEs, supporting development plans and career progression.
• Oversee resource planning and workload management to ensure effective operational coverage and service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of leadership across all Onecom Partners operational functions within India.
• Collaborate closely with UK stakeholders to drive performance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.
• Provide hands-on support for new products, processes, and operational improvements.
• Ensure partner and customer queries are resolved efficiently, with proactive communication throughout.
• Maintain accurate operational records and promote best practices across all areas of the business.

• Experience conducting performance reviews and coaching conversations.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage attendance, absence, and employee engagement.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams operating across multiple workstreams and disciplines.
• Experience working with remote and international stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to plan and effectively prioritise own and team workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to deal with problems that arise and manage through to resolution.
