Team Leader of Transaction Management

Camana Bay

Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Hybrid 3 Days Onsite

The Team Leader of Transaction Management, Transaction Analyst Team– Capital Markets (the “Team Leader”) reports to the Business Unit Director, Global Capital Markets Americas Region and will have responsibility for leading the Transaction Analyst team within the Capital Markets team. This is a “player/coach” position. In addition to leading the Transaction Analyst team, the Team Leader is responsible for administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships from formation to closure in accordance with company policy, training and other duties as assigned.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of transactions from mandate to closing and liquidation

• Supervise company incorporations, SPV setups, and ongoing corporate actions

• Review transaction documentation, corporate filings, and onboarding packs prepared by Transaction Analysts

• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timelines and SLAs

• Manage and resolve transaction-related escalations and issues

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Transaction Analysts

• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure consistent quality of output

• Review and sign off on key deliverables

• Provide ongoing training and technical guidance

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure team adherence to Cayman regulatory requirements, including those of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority

• Maintain oversight of statutory records, filings, and corporate governance obligations

• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and economic substance requirements

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, legal counsel, and transaction stakeholders

• Ensure timely communication and high-quality service delivery

• Coordinate effectively between Transaction Analysts, Transaction Managers, Compliance, and Client Accounting teams

Operational Oversight

• Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in coordination with internal finance teams

• Support implementation of process improvements and regulatory changes

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

• 5–7 years in corporate services, fiduciary services, or capital markets structures

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or informal leadership experience

• Strong hands-on experience including:

• Solid understanding of SPVs, structured finance vehicles, and transaction lifecycle

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

At CSC, Compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the range is $75,000 KYD - $105,000 KYD

  • Proficiency in using transaction management systems and relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions, with a results-oriented approach.
