Role: Manager- Finance & Tax

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Working Model: Hybrid

Shift: 10-7pm

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team at CSC Global and based on your background and experience, we believe you could be a great fit for Team Leader of Accounting position. Please refer below for detailed job description.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

1. Client Delivery & Technical Oversight

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and payroll deliverables for multiple multinational clients.

• Review bookkeeping, monthly financials, reconciliations, and MIS reports prepared by the team.

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements.

• Preparation of financial statement as per Indian Accounting Standard and Companies Act.

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client Finance/Tax teams globally.

• Identify opportunities for value-added services and additional revenue growth within existing accounts.

3. Team Management and Coordination

• Manage a team of 3-4 professionals handling accounting, tax, and payroll tasks.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP.

• Understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, payroll compliance.

• Proficiency with accounting Software Tally.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Qualified CA with 2–3 years of experience.

• Exceptional candidates with an MBA in Finance and 5-7 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
