About the Role:

As a Team Leader in our logistics center, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all operational processes within your area. Together with your team, you make sure that quality and quantity standards are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department
  • Coach, train, and motivate your team to ensure performance and development
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational and people-related topics
  • Coordinate and monitor daily operations
  • Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow
  • Create staff deployment plans for daily operations
  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours

Qualifications

About You:

  • Initial experience in leading or coordinating employees (career changers are welcome) or strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
  • Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust within a team
  • Strong team orientation and a good understanding of people and operational processes
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus
