The Opportunity
The primary focus of this Team Leader role is to ensure the effective transition of communications and data from manual sends to automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across our Australian partners.
The role will also oversee the team's adherence to quality assurance processes, act as a point of escalation for issues, and provide leadership in a constantly evolving environment. This position has a key focus on stakeholder communication, prioritisation and ensuring key deadlines are met.
This role will lead the Communications Automation team, Communications & Campaigns Data Analysts and Marketing Cloud Analyst (5 direct reports).
