Mission Overview:

At Keystone Solutions, we are seeking a Team Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site in the life insurance sector. This role involves leading and inspiring a team within the Life Operations department, which is dedicated to managing life insurance files for both corporate and individual clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and guiding the team by providing advice and support with daily tasks, and delivering training when needed.
• Prioritising the team’s weekly workload.
• Identifying areas for improvement in service quality (mail, telephone, complaints management, etc.).
• Bringing a customer‑focused mindset to the team by identifying the needs/expectations of clients/brokers and adapting the service accordingly.
• Ensuring team performance and productivity by translating departmental objectives into clear goals.
• Supporting employee development through regular one‑to‑one meetings, coaching, and evaluation of performance processes, with the support of your manager.
• Leading information or project meetings.
• Creating a positive and stimulating environment in which team members can thrive and further develop their capabilities.
• Working together with the Life Retail Manager to define the team’s strategy.
• Managing the department’s allocated budget.
• Analysing potential customer complaints and proposing appropriate solutions.

Profile Requirements:

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in insurance or economics.
• You are a true expert in life insurance and have an in‑depth understanding of operations in this sector.
• You have at least 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
• You demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring trust within the team and achieving results through a collaborative and performance‑oriented culture.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, with a very good command of the other national language.
• You are well‑versed in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of lean management is an asset.
• You are meticulous, organised, and able to manage priorities while respecting tight deadlines.
• You possess strong communication skills and can effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
• You have a participative leadership style and are able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• You are dynamic, positive, and open to new ideas.
