About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi


We have an opportunity for a Team Leader Levy Administration within Revenue Operations. This role leads a team responsible for processing levy‑related requests from business customers accurately and within agreed service timeframes.

You will contribute to delivering consistent, high‑quality service outcomes and operational performance, while building a culture of continuous improvement and capability-building through coaching. Working alongside another Team Leader, you will help ensure effective resourcing, shared ways of working, and a positive customer experience for ACC’s business customers.

The appointing salary for this role is $95,000 – $115,000 based on experience, and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time.

  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and supporting people in an operational environment.
  • Strong coaching and people‑development skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Sound planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using performance information and reporting to both understand and build workplans and utilise resources.
  • Confidence to hold constructive and courageous conversations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to identify and contribute to improvement opportunities.
  • A solid understanding of team dynamics and the ability to support people through change.
  • You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
