In this role, you'll:


Job Location : Jindabyne

The role provides leadership and supervision to teams delivering complex or large‑scale road and bridge projects, working with a high level of autonomy to coordinate construction, maintenance, and minor contract activities in line with agreed project plans.

• You will lead and support the team by giving clear direction, hands on training, and guidance, and by taking responsibility for both individual and team results to achieve work goals.


• You will make sure work is carried out safely and efficiently by fixing day to day issues, helping solve more complex problems, and following quality, safety (WHS), environmental, and workplace procedures.


• You will encourage a positive and inclusive team environment by using good communication skills to manage conflict, support staff wellbeing, value diversity, and improve the way work is done.

About you


• You should have experience in road maintenance and construction, including large scale road and bridge projects.


• You should have experience in supervision of multi-disciplinary site teams.


• You should have a White card & a current Australian driver’s licence


• You are willing to complete any required licences or tickets as needed.
