Job Description

  • Direct the data entry and balancing functions for assigned team members. 
  • Answer staff’s questions, approve large deposit corrections, review mobile deposits, and fraud suspects.
  • Responsible for seeing associates are working together to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor staff to maintain a professional working environment. 
  • Responsible for regular attendance and punctuality to assure meeting of deadlines.
  • Will direct associates to perform data entry and/or balancing functions as needed. 
  • Will manage workflow to assure associates are performing assigned functions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Works closely with all data entry associates. 
  • Must also interact with other Team Leaders to complete all work efficiently.
Qualifications
Knowledge of item processing data entry/balancing procedures
Ability to direct others in the completion of daily processes
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a very busy environment
Ability to make decisions
Attention to detail, accurate & organized
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with other people
