Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for a full time (40 hours/week), Team Leader II in Saskatoon to join our NEW Family Preservation program’s dynamic and talented team in Saskatchewan!

Catholic Social Services is looking for someone who is confident, motivated, non-judgmental, and can provide excellent person-centered care with vulnerable families in Saskatchewan. Join us in building a team to serve Lloydminster, North Battleford, Saskatoon, Humbolt, Kindersley, and Rosetown areas.
As the Team Leader, you will utilize your accomplished level of organizational and leadership skills to provide supervision to a team of Family Enrichment Workers across central Saskatchewan, who provide 24/7, intensive in-home crisis intervention that teaches skills and provides support to families in their family home with the goal of keeping families together. Supports include crisis intervention, addictions, mental health, parenting skills, life skills, advocacy, mentorship, and community information and referrals to assist families in developing a support system. You must have the ability to provide direct family supports as described above when needed. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and crisis support.
• The schedule of this position is primarily during weekdays, Monday to Friday, during daytime. You may be required to flex your hours depending on the program or client needs
• Will be on a rotational On Call schedule including additional on call reimbursement
• Travel is required
What This Job Requires:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Services (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with emotional and behavioral needs
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Supervisory experience is considered an asset
• Experience connecting with internal and external stakeholders
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR is considered an asset
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Clear and Current Driver's Abstract
• A vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license – requirement to transport clients in your personal vehicle
• Proof of Vehicle Insurance showing $2 million liability coverage
• Proof of Vehicle Registration for insured vehicle

• The annual salary for this position is $54,288.00 to $61,110.40 and is based on qualifications and experience.
