Job Description

As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing strategic support to the HR team. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing direction and guidance.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of HR transactions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with other HR departments to align operations with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Lead and participate in special projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
