A committed team and a well-organized logistics operation within a high-tech data center environment: you’re on it.

How do you do this? The Builds department is responsible for the logistical handling of hardware and infrastructure, from receiving and storage to preparation and internal movement, all according to strict procedures and customer-specific requirements. As a team leader high tech, you provide daily direction to your team and ensure processes run safely, efficiently and in line with the highest quality standards. You achieve this by:

• leading, coaching and motivating your team in a high-tech logistics environment;
• coordinating and controlling logistics processes in line with strict safety, quality and data center procedures;
• driving performance on KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs and 5S and identifying bottlenecks;
• initiating and supporting continuous improvement together with the supervisor and other departments.

You bring

• proven experience as a team leader, supervisor or coordinator in logistics or production;
• affinity with high-tech environments, hardware and working according to strict procedures;
• strong organizational skills and natural leadership capabilities;
• good command of the English language, Dutch is an advantage.
