We provide professional grounds and property maintenance services across a wide range of sites, including strata blocks, industrial estates, commercial businesses, councils, parks, and disability support facilities.

Our major clients include Telstra, Broadspectrum, Byron Council, Department of Primary Industries, Department of Housing, and Vicinity Shopping Centres.

About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The role requires travel across Sydney, with the primary site location based at Penny Place, Arndell Park NSW 2148.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in a trade or horticulture, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Problem-solving skills to address maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
• Valid driver’s licence - minimum P2.
• Confident towing a trailer.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
