About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The role requires travel across Sydney, with the primary site location based at Penny Place, Arndell Park NSW 2148.
