If you’ve successfully led complex construction projects and are ready to apply those skills to critical infrastructure, this role offers a unique opportunity to transition into the electric utility industry while continuing to lead large, high impact capital work.
The Team Leader – Grid Technology Delivery is a senior delivery and people leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of grid technology and substation projects that protect, control, and modernize the electric transmission system. This position is well suited for construction project managers who have led major projects, managed other PMs, or operated within a PMO, and are motivated to expand into the utility space.
You’ll be trusted with scope, schedule, cost, and risk, while learning the utility specific technical details with the support of experienced engineers and utility experts.

The targeted base pay for this position is $144,600 to $168,700 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more
