Responsibilities:
Verifies and signs operational jobs.
Releases shipments for distribution under supervision of depot pharmacist or Clinical Team Leader.
Manages the change of product status both physically and systematically following client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines.
Manage the scheduling, coordination, and execution of re-labeling and Good Manufacturing Practices activities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and regulations ensuring both Good Manufacturing Practices and Global Distribution Practice.
Develop, implement, and deliver training programs related to re-labeling, Good Manufacturing Practices processes, and associated schedules to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Have deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at World Courier Depot to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff.
Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required, supporting depot operational activities, as applicable, based on the local legislation.
Ensure compliance with all government legislative and local health requirements.
Maintain and assure compliance with applicable International Councial for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Clinical Practice, Global Distribution Practice, local regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines (or any other so required).
Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites.
Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections as required, to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in World Courier Standard Operating Procedures.
Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
Manages the status of product to ensure expired stock is moved to Quarantine status Required to be part of an on-call roster 24/7 to provide telephone assistance as well as in person attendance for emergency response in case of any concern occurring at the facility in relation to temperature control of the product.
Participate in reviewing and authoring global and local Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction’s and Tracking Reference Number documents
Work in all temperature-controlled environments including but not limited to
+15 to +25°C
+2 to +8°C
-20 to -30°C
Physically perform packing process of inbound, outbound and returned shipments using Cencora World Courier packaging products.
Participate in occasional scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processes.
Lead continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure processes are streamlined.
Fully trained in the Clinical Enterprise Resource Planning.
Willingness to be trained how to use Export Waiver Process equipment.
Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
Internal Communication and Information Sharing
Keep Internal Stakeholders informed of the progress of their order and shipment.
Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions to Clinical and Commercial matters to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Liaise with the Transport Customer Service team in relation to World Courier transport bookings and ensure correct processes are followed.
Provide information to all World Courier Australia business units to ensure work output is coordinated in an effective manner.
Contribute to team and organisational wide discussions by sharing ideas, experiences and recommendations around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

Effectively collaborate with all Internal Stakeholders to ensure the function is operating effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a harmonious team environment.
Policy and Procedure
Comply with standard operating procedures and policies to ensure that the function is demonstrating consistent practices nationally and is in line with strategic objectives.
Ensure World Courier Australia compliance with all government legislative and other requirements such as Australian Customs Service, Civil Aviation Safety Authority, Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service, International Air Transport Association, International Organization for Standardization.
Ensure full compliance with international local regulations such as World Courier Australia Registered Air Cargo Security Program Australian Customs International Air Transport Association regulations.
Ensure full compliance with World Courier Australia quality management systems (Good Practice).

Education:
Tertiary qualification e.g Diploma or equivalent and/ or required training in pharmaceutical service is required for this position, whenever local regulation is allowing this associate to perform the mentioned activities.
Experience:
External Applicants: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics role within the pharmaceutical sector, especially in Good Manufacturing Practices environment handling/coordinating labelling and secondary packaging activities.
Internal Applicants: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a logistics operator at World Courier depot.
Candidate is required to have relevant work experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices environment and experience in relabeling and batch records for secondary packaging.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Position will require being able to lift loads up to 20kg independently using safe lifting methods described in manual handling training.
Be able to take initiative and solve problems.
Self driven and can work autonomously.
Ability to provide training to associates in a consultative and collaborative manner.
Excellent computer skills.
An understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements.
Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.
Sound written and verbal communication skills with a full command of English.
Problems solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
