Team Leader Fuel & Plus Service (all genders)

Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung inklusive Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Coaching und Budgetplanung
Steuerung und Optimierung zentraler Prozesse durch Definition relevanter KPIs und die kontinuierliche Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
Erstellung und Monitoring aussagekräftiger Reports, KPIs und SLAs zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Team- und Prozessperformance
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Tagesgeschäfts inklusive Einsatzplanung, Hotline-Betreuung sowie fachlicher Unterstützung interner und externer Stakeholder
Mitarbeit und Teilprojektleitung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen Prozessen und Systemen in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem kunden- und serviceorientierten Umfeld, Erfahrung in der Mobilitätsdienstleistungsbranche sind von Vorteil
Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden kombiniert mit hoher Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke sowie einem sicheren und verbindlichen Auftreten
Analytische, lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative, hoher Belastbarkeit und einem guten Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
