We are now looking for an experienced leader (2+ years) to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader for our Corporate Benefits team. As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.
This is a national team with consultants based all around Australia, working to service their existing loyal clientele and taking new leisure enquiry from FCTG’s network of corporate customers.

To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Team Leader role to lead our Corporate Benefits team.
