Team management

Responsible for
hiring of
fundraisers through identifying talent, interviewing, shortlisting, and curating
candidates

  Provide onsite training and coaching for constant Team development.

  Ensure that
  desired
  code of conduct is
  maintained
  by the team.

• 
  Ensure that there is a Positive Team Environment through better conflict management and resolution mechanism.

• 
  Allocate equal opportunity and plan daily rosters to ensure parity and higher fundraising outcomes.

Donor and Stakeholder management:

• 
  Ensure necessary compliance with all donor information gathered and weekly reconciliation of donors
  acquired
  .

• 
  Ensuring all prospects are informed about WWF-India's conservation work.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor live calls and call recordings to ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and quality standards.
