
About the Role
Full time (35 hours/week) | Ongoing Position
The Team Leader, Community Programs is responsible for leading and managing the Community Programs team to design, deliver, and continuously improve initiatives that support Link Wentworth residents and their communities.
This role has a strong place‑based and community development focus, leading programs that respond to the unique needs, strengths, and priorities of local neighbourhoods. You will work closely with tenants to co‑design initiatives that build community connection, enhance a sense of safety, and strengthen individual and community resilience.
The role champions tenant voice, ensures programs are inclusive, trauma‑informed and evidence‑based, and embeds impact‑driven practices across the organisation. You will foster collaboration across Link Wentworth, build strong relationships with external stakeholders and the Tenant Advisory Group, and ensure community insights inform decision‑making at all levels.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
