You are responsible for the leadership and management of the Claim Management team
You ensure that all processes and procedures in the warranty area comply with the service agreements with internal and external customers
You are responsible for the continuous monitoring of all KPIs and take appropriate measures when necessary
You review requests to ensure completeness and correctness in accordance with the contractual requirements
You prepare claims and forward them to the relevant internal departments
You continuously monitor process indicators and resources and take appropriate measures to achieve targets when necessary
You ensure professional communication with customers regarding current quality issues
You implement recall and retrofit actions at customers, monitor them and validate supplier complaints before handing them over to the relevant department
You prepare cost planning as a basis for decision-making for risk analyses and preventive measures
You organize and moderate internal meetings as well as customer meetings
You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology, as well as additional training in Business Administration
You have several years of professional experience, as well as excellent product knowledge and an affinity for diagnostics
You have experience working in a company with an international environment and a matrix organization
You possess excellent German skills as well as excellent English and/or French skills
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and are familiar with ERP systems
