👥 Service Users: Children & young people with learning disabilities
🎓 Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
🕒 Experience Required: Experience supporting children & young people with learning disabilities
📄 Employment Type: Permanent

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
You have qualifications only in Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner
You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

You will:
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of shifts
Provide practical and emotional support to your team
Support children to achieve their goals, stay healthy, develop skills, and enjoy life
Ensure person-centred, high-quality practice
Commit to working a variety of shifts on a rota basis
