We are looking for a Team Leader for our Cash Management team in Financial and Operational Procurement Services (FPS).

About the role

Our professional team is providing cash management services for Fortum businesses. As a Cash Management Team Leader you will be leading a team of analysts responsible for cash management tasks in Gdańsk. You will be playing a key role in ensuring daily service delivery and continuous improvement of service processes. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your professional expertise, interact with different finance counterparties, and take part in development initiatives and projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting team with day-to-day tasks
• Setting team priorities and objectives to focus on timely and accurate service delivery
• Active role in operational duties according to the internal procedures (incl. cash management and treasury back office tasks)
• Ensure compliance with Fortum instructions and policies (eg. Accounting, Treasury)
• Continuous improvement and harmonization of services (incl. best practices and operational excellence)
• Cooperation with banks, financial institutions, auditors and other stakeholders
• Analyzing periodically service delivery and team performance

About you

We expect that you have:

• 2+ years of experience in Team Leader role
• Experience in corporate payment and liquidity management processes
• 5+ years of experience in Finance (Cash Management, Finance, Treasury or related)
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related
• Proven skills in leading teams/projects with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
• Positive mindset and excellent communication skills with the can-do attitude
• Practical knowledge of financial processes and systems
• Proven ability to transform services according to changing needs
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience in Finance Shared Services as a plus
