Day-to-day you will:

  • Ensure site clinicians and staff are onboarded, offboarded, connected, recognised, and supported in line with Better Rehab policies and processes.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and collaboration and inspire team by creating an environment that motivates and promotes a positive workplace culture and high performance.
  • Ensure Site Management is completed in line with Better Rehab policies and processes
  • Supervise site based allied health assistants and ensure team members’ appropriate utilisation of allied health assistants
  • Work with Regional Manager and General Manager on cultural initiatives to support and improve site culture and performance through dedicated initiatives
  • Encourage interdisciplinary referrals being made between site team members where appropriate.
  • Monitor and ensure site team members’ milestones and achievements are appropriately recognised and celebrated
  • Foster and promote engagement between team members through formal and informal channels to ensure effective communication and information flow.

Qualifications

We're after Team Leaders who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

You will also hold:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant Allied Health profession
  • Registered Member of your professional body
  • Good understanding of relevant healthcare industry i.e.- NDIS/ Experience in the NDIS or Disability, or Community Settings
  • Prior management experience desirable
