Your opportunity…

• Leadership of Banking and Receipting team to deliver a ‘Customer First' service experience
• Manage processes and ensure company Policies and Procedures are embedded into the business
• Deliver business goals by ensuring your team contributes to the departmental targets
• Upskill the team to drive optimum resolution
• Lead a culture of exceptional customer service, team work, commitment to excellence and professional ethics in order to achieve both team and business goals
• Ability to respond to customer and business concerns through escalations in order to provide a customer centric and business optimisation service
• Ability to make sound decisions to ensure that the customer receives a “Customer First Experience” balanced with the business requirements
• Assist with key business projects and remediation activities
