As our Team Leader – Application & Enrolments, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for guiding students through one of the most important steps in their education journey. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership, operational management and customer service expertise to drive exceptional outcomes for both students and the organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our Applications and Enrolments team, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately and with a genuine focus on student experience.
You'll coach and develop your team, oversee application and enrolment workflows, monitor performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a seamless student journey.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance operational oversight with people leadership, process improvement and service excellence.
Salary range: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
