Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Team Leader to oversee daily team activities, support employees, and help maintain strong operational performance.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and helping a team achieve its goals. You will serve as a key point of communication between team members and management while helping maintain a productive, professional, and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate team members throughout daily operations.
• Coordinate team activities and help ensure assigned goals and priorities are completed.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide clear guidance, feedback, and support to employees.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Help maintain productivity, quality, and professional standards.
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and team performance to management.
• Address workplace concerns and help resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.

• Assist management with scheduling, workflow organization, and operational planning.
