Do you have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading a small team to deliver outstanding, person-centred support. This role will cover services in Stevenage & Hatfield.
When you join us, you'll become part of an organisation rated ‘Outstanding’ by CQC. Our team has won numerous local and national awards for leading the way in person-centred support, and we're proud to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
At Partners in Support, you'll be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the people we support and each other.

We're proud to be a local, values-led organisation that puts people before growth and believes in dignity, respect, compassion and partnership.
Reporting into the Locality Manager, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and coaching to Support Workers, helping to ensure high standards of support and positive outcomes for the people we support.

You will also work one weekend a month, as part of your contracted hours. Being part of this team means being flexible to attend other services when required, getting to know the wider group of people we support.
Through regular check-ins, meaningful supervision, leadership development and ongoing training opportunities, we'll support you to build your skills and progress your career.
