Process Overview
Strategic Solutions & Enablement is a strategic execution team that delivers process redesign, business intelligencee, and technical solutions, enabling the delivery of solutions that simplify and improve our processes and the way we work.
Work in the eTask UAT workstream for SSE team for scheduled / adhoc eTask releases and flexible to share workload and provide support for eTask Ops Readiness / eTask ops support activities
eTask is a key internal workflow management tool within Global Markets Operations
Work in partnership with eTask product team and eTask tech team to identify the JIRA that are in Ready to release stage and create scripts as per MRA guidelines which must cover - Execution steps, Expected results and Written in a way that any team member could execute the test
Have in depth knowledge of eTask and its UI along with other integrations
Provide regular updates in the UAT window and work closely with business testers to complete UAT and upload test results in the Release Manager as per MRA guidelines
Work independently on BAU activities and adhere to the timelines
Carve out the execution plan on UAT, testing and execute key releases and tech solutions by collaborating with tech team and business.
Come up with ideas and suggestions how eTask UAT team can play a key role and provide inputs to eTask product team / Ops readiness team for product enhancements to enhance user experience
Responsibilities

Good understanding of the eTask workflow tool

Education BCE / Computer Science / MBA
Experience Range 5-7 yrs
Foundational skills:
Experience working in Capital Markets / IB Domain / Global Markets Operations
Testing knowledge / Business Analyst
Tableau and SQL knowledge
Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
Excellent communication and influence skills across multiple levels / diverse audiences, proven ability to influence without formal authority
Desired skills:
