With a keen eye for detail, you’ll use your problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to improve performance, enhance the customer experience and support business-wide service delivery.

To be successful, you'll have experience managing team performance within a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of cost control and resource planning, and confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems. Experience handling customer escalations and delivering successful resolutions is essential.
