Responsibilities:
•
Monitor workload distribution across the team and ensure balanced allocation of resources.
•
Assign projects and tasks among Delivery Coordinators to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
•
Ensure adherence to client specifications, workflow requirements, and internal operational standards.
•
Monitor project progress, deadlines, and team performance to achieve delivery targets.
•
Secure appropriate backup solutions and coverage plans to maintain business continuity.
•
Monitor overtime utilization and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
•
Ensure operational and financial information are accurately maintained in internal systems and too
Essential qualifications:
•
At least 3 years of experience in media localization, subtitling, dubbing, content operations, or a related field.
•
At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
•
Good understanding of delivery operations, localization workflows, and quality standards.
•
Experience in workload management, resource planning, and issue escalation.
•
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Media, IT, Linguistics, or a related course.
•
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
•
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
•
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
•
Able to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
•
Familiarity with workflow management systems and reporting tools.
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
