As a Team Leader within our Christchurch Client Administration hub, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely administrative support within ACC’s wider rehabilitation and recovery services.
You’ll lead day to-day team performance, support capability development, and create an environment where people feel motivated, accountable, and supported to succeed.
This role suits an experienced operational leader who enjoys leading in fast-paced environments, using data and insights to drive performance, and coaching individuals with a range of experience levels and learning styles.
You’ll work closely with leaders locally and nationally to support service delivery, continuous improvement, and positive customer outcomes.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101,287 - $119,161 depending on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
