As Front of House Team Leader, you'll be the face of the pub, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading the front of house team to provide outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards while creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team during service
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest queries professionally
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures
• Maintain the standards and presentation of the pub in line with its heritage character
• Train and develop team members
• Support management with rotas, stock control, and service efficiency
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations

What you’ll bring…

• Previous front of house or supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• A positive, proactive attitude and team-first mindset
