Iron Mountain are seeking a dedicated Team Leaderto join us at our site in the Kilbarry Business Park in Dublin Hill.

General Responsibilities:

Duties include but not limited to the following (Training may need to be provided for specific tasks)

• All operator tasks, i.e., Reverse Logistics, Production, or Rework.
• General housekeeping of warehouse and Yard area. Keeping area clean and tidy to a high standard and any other relevant duties that may arise.
• Ensuring that your work is accurate, to the highest quality standard.
• Supervision of staff, to meet or exceed targets.
• Undergo training/certification when required to do so.
• Ensure employees are treated correctly in compliance with company procedures.
• Reporting to Supervisor and/or Site Manager
• Promoting Lean/Sigma manufacturing
• Move within operations
• Other relevant duties

Key Requirements:

• Person must have good written & verbal communication skills.
• Person needs to be a flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Possess drive and ability to lead operators to maintain efficient operation of cell.
• PC skills desirable.
